Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf is in Owerri on a two day working visit to Rochas Okorocha Foundation. The visit is generating another uproar in the same vein that of Zuma of South Africa generated due to the statue Rochas spent N520M to erect for him. Same will repeat itself with the visit of Sirleaf as her own statue will be unveiled also to mark her first official visit to Owerri Imo state.
