Senator Dino Melaye who was flown to Kogi State through ambulance was taken to court today, but the bad news is that the court denied him bail with the case slated for June 14th. His Lawyer Mike Ozekhome argued that the offences are bailable but the court refused him bail.
He was arraigned in Lokoja Court on charges of gunruning and kidnapping, charges he has long denied involvement.
Recall that Dino who was arrested by the police in his house in Abuja, had altercation with police on their way to take him to Kogi, he was later found in hospital in Abuja with heavy security.
The police took him to Lokoja in ambulance and arraigned him in court today.
