Senator Phillip Aduda spoke on the floor of the Senate over the allegations of the Senate President that the Police is trying to frame him up over the Kwara State Offa robbery incident.
Also some senators complained of their security orderlies being withdrawn without notice or replacement.
Commenting, Senator Phillip Aduda said this latest development is dangerous to our democracy.. He said today it is the Senate President, tomorrow it could be another person.
He called all lovers of democracy to condemn this act of impunity and intimidation for the interest of our democracy.
He finally suggested that an Adhoc Committee comprising of the House of Representatives be formed to get to the root of the matter.
The Senate finally formed Adhoc Committee to meet with President Buhari.
