PETER OBI SWEEPS SE, SS, NC AND LAGOS VOTES

Nigerians went to polls yesterday February 25th, to elect their new leaders that will pioneer the affairs of the country for the next 4yrs as the administration of Buhari ends on May 29th.

According to results in public domain as announced by INEC agents on PUs, Peter Obi the Labour Party candidate swept votes in SE, SS, NC and Lagos.

Many Nigerians trooped out enmasse to cast their votes based on assurances by INEC that their votes will count.

They defied, sun, rain and in most cases had to stand and wait for many hours before INEC agents finally came. When they eventually came very late to some polling stations, people patiently cast their votes.

The excitement on the faces of people when the votes were being counted was completely indescribable and very genuine as it symbolizes what Peter Obi candidacy means to Nigerians who have been through hell under the harsh administration of APC which is simply described as an anthema to Nigerian history.

In SE states, Peter Obi was literally taking 90% votes or more as the case may be, while in the SS he won by 70% or more of the votes cast.

Lagos was not left out as Peter Obi was in comfortable lead across all the pooling booths where votes were cast and counted live at the polling booths.

People have continued to wait with baited breath for INEC to publish the result on the IREV as we were promised but INEC refused to honour that promise and bond they made to Nigerians about the transparency of this election.

However, people are waiting patiently for the results as parties have continued to collate their results from polling booths across the nation in their Situation Room as remitted by their agents across the polling booths.

Nigerians look forward to a new Nigeria that will be pioneered by Peter Obi.

A New Nigeria beckons.
