HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE RISING SON OF THE EAST CHIEF GAUIS CHIBUEZE

 

Happy birthday my brother, Chief Gauis Chibueze(Bitcoin Chief) as I wish you many years of greatness, more breaking of grounds and trail blazing with good health and longevity.

1.     Just at what I consider young age of 37, he has already impacted immensely on South East especially with his Aku Ruo Ulo vision targeted at galvanizing Ndigbo for a renaissance that navigates our investment towards South East so as to build a vibrant economy for everyone and posterity.

2.     Chief Chibueze who is known as Bitcoin Chief by his friends, is a young Igbo man that lives in US where he is recognized as one of the very first Nigerians that started investment in Bitcoin at the initial stage of crypto space and ecosystem. He would have just forgotten about Nigeria and Ndigbo as a whole just like the Emeagwalis of this world who went to US, became renown scientist and forgot to bring back that wealth of knowledge back to help rebuild South East. Chief Chibueze is not the type to focus on luxurious life in Miami Florida where super stars live and breath luxury, rather as a true Son of Ndigbo, he refused to be carried away by the bright light and fast life in the West. Instead, he chose to focus on coming back to impact lives in Nigeria with focus on South East through Aku Ruo Ulo mantra to help prepare the next generation for the task ahead to rebuild motherland and get South East economy back on track as it was before the war.

3.     According to him, when he was making plan to come back to Nigeria, many people in Diaspora discouraged him that South East is not safe and all that, But he refused to be cajoled or coaxed into abandoning his people. Today the rest is history.

He started his investment in South East with East Side Ventures, an enterprise that gulped about $5million from him. Today as we speak, 8years down the line, East side Ventures is the biggest media outfit in South East with over 500,000 followers across various social media platform viewed by over 50m people with an Igbo Only App called KEDU App which you can download on Google play store or Apple Store. The first of its kind in Nigeria to say the least.

5.     Next to witness his Aku Ruo Ulo impact is Ohaneze Farms, the biggest  animal ranch farm in South East today which is located in Enugu State. Ohaneze Farms is about 400 plots of land fenced round with focus on Agriculture and eco tourism to rear various livestocks and produce high quality beef. The Farm has Green House Farm and Eco tourism and it presently has over 100 cows, 250 goats with a targeted capacity of 5,000 cows and 10,000 goats, a target capacity that he is working towards achieving in no distant time.

6.     Next project in the pipeline is Tech City Africa, which he terms Silicon Valley of Africa. It’s a project designed with a vision to position  South East as tech hub in Africa. As I write presently, 25 hectares of land has already been acquired for this project with the first phase expected to gulp around $10million. The fencing and architectural design for the project is done already.

7.     The next to benefit from the benevolence and philanthropic spirit of this great son of Ndigbo is some dilapidated schools across South East. After travelling across various parts of South East, he saw forehand the dilapidation in our public schools that almost made him shed tears. Hence he started the ongoing projects with is friend Alex Onyia, to identify the most dilapidated schools in  South East through online votes from Ndigbo and take up the project to rebuild the school and make it habitable for studies. As we speak, they have either completed or about to complete a few of these projects already with the first coming from Ebonyi State, while others are on the queue to benefit from his benevolence and Philanthropy.

It is crystal clear that Chief Chibueze is an Igbo son who is committed to attracting lots of investments to South East to impact various communities and Ndigbo as a whole anywhere they live.

His bravery alone to embrace the challenge of focusing his investments down East is a catalyst that will spur many other Igbo sons across Diaspora to bring back their investments home.

In one of his presentations in a gathering of Great Igbo sons and Daughters recently, he called on ANYA OHA PEACE & SECURITY AGENCY with the mandate to oversee security of the entire South East. Blue Print for the security outfit is ready as he stated. This he said will help eradicate the malaise of insecurity in South East so as make the region business friendly for FDI and all kinds of investments that will gulvanize the economy of the region and tap into the huge human capital that exists in the region.

The Sun is rising from South East again, everyone including Diaspora Igbos should take a cue from this and join the band wagon to help make South East cynosure of all eyes in terms of investments and development.

Once again, we say Happy Birthday to this great Igbo son. We know you are barely starting. God Almighty will give you the grace, the wisdom, the wealth and opportunity to fulfil your dream in this quest to make South East Great Again as one of the best economies in Africa.
