HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SIR OSELOKA OBAZE

 

1.Happy Birthday to one of my mentors Sir Oseloka Obaze, a great professional, shrewd politician of high intellect. I wish you long life, good health and more greatness.

2.My first involvement in political campaigns actively all my life was in 2019, when Sir Oseloka Obaze accepted my request to join voluntarily the campaign of Atiku/Obi in Anambra state.

3.It was an opportunity i will forever cherish in my life as it gave me access to meet our future President Peter Obi and even participated in general interview where i asked Peter Obi certain questions pertaining to the campaign at PDP campaign office in Awka Anambra state in 2019.

4.Sir Obaze even though i was the one who sought to volunteer free for Peter Obi in that campaign, Sir Obaze footed all my hotel bills with feeding throughout my stay in Awka for that campaign.

5.The single act sealed the bond between mentor and mentee in other words me and him as my most respected mentor and political guardian.

6.It was then no surprise that i was in the forefront of the campaign on social media that called for Peter Obi to join 2023 Presidential race which apparently made me one of the pioneers of Obidient movement which was birthed through social media campaign for Peter Obi, because i was no longer physically in Nigeria in 2022 and 2023 to participate in person.

7.Apparently, Sir Oseloka Obaze, i call him Your Excellency was one of the founding fathers of Obidient movement and one of our advisers of high repute that staked everything to make sure the movement succeeded as it did in 2023 and beyond.

8.He was one of the people that followed Peter Obi to crisscross all the 36 states of Nigeria prior to PDP Presidential primary before Peter Obi left the party at the 11th hour due to injustice and underhand activities to frustrate him from participating in PDP primary.

9.He was ever present anywhere Peter Obi was throughout the events leading to and after the election, participating in all rallies across the 36 states.

10.Words will not be enough for me to explain how much Sir Obaze worths to the Obidient movement and to many who know him closely like me and his commitment to a New Nigeria which we all believe is POssible.

11.I believe that someday, God will make it possible for him to sit beside PRESIDENT PETER OBI as his inner caucus under a New Nigeria of our dreams.
