LABOUR PARTY SENATORS PROTEST IMPOSITION OF MINORITY LEADER

Labour Party Tony Nwoye openly attacked Akpabio for imposing Senator Abba Moro on them as Minority leader.

You can recall that former Minority leader from Plateau state was sacked by the Appeal Court. That prompted a replacement.

Under normal rules, the Minority Parties are supposed to appoint someone among themselves as the Minority leader. But it seems that process was manipulated hence the choice of Abba Moro which was resisted by opposition parties, PDP and LP.

This 10th senate is not devoid of drama and controversy even in just less than 6 months of its inaugauration.

Tension continues to build and i can bet you, it wont take long before the senate explodes.
